One of our first preservation projects was for our own office. Not long after Rogers-Ford was formed, we purchased and restored a late 19th century cottage in the State Thomas Historic District near downtown Dallas to serve as our offices.
Although we have since moved from that location, we have continued this work, preserving and sensitively restoring buildings for restaurants, main street merchants, county governments, homeowners, and churches. We have re-purposed a rundown bus repair facility for use as a bank and transformed a cottage into a delightful guesthouse.
We are here to help with:
Adaptive Re-Use Design for Existing Buildings
Creation of Sensitive Additions to Historic Structures
Preservation/Restoration of Original Elements & Use of Suitable New Materials
Navigating Regulations and Applications for State and Local Landmark Entities
Research and Feasibility Studies for Restoration and Preservation
