When we begin a new design, we start with quick sketches, allowing us to infuse the design with a variety of ideas – we inject our experience and creativity into the initial concept. The design process continues as we edit and combine these design concepts, working toward a completed design that meets your needs.

Once you approve the design, we develop the Construction Drawings using CAD technology, using it as a tool to create detailed drawings to be used for the building process. Then we begin the process of material, furnishing and finish selection, budget allocation, scheduling, and project coordination.
